The software giant happily announced the completion of the development of Microsoft's next OS in the Windows family, the Windows 8 a few days ago. But the biggest and happiest news of the day upsetted the software giant big time -- their most secret, precious and game-changing Windows 8 has already been leaked the same day Microsoft announced the finalization of Windows 8.

I couldn't believe my eyes on what I was reading. It was flashing through out the Google News -- Windows 8 leaked, leaked, leaked! It's still two months to go for the official reveal of Windows 8 family but, fortunately for us, we don't have to wait any longer. Windows 8, the most rebuilt version of Windows since Windows 95 is already out for download via torrents in its ground state.

Windows 8 to debut in October

It's official! Microsoft announced the next version in the Windows family, the Windows 8 would launch sometime in late October. While the release date may not be more precise, the announcement surely gave relief to all those Windows fanboys waiting desperately for the final product. That includes me.

The other news is that, Microsoft is finally going to ditch the Windows Retail Version. Yup. That means no Windows 8 Retail -- just the Windows 8 Upgrade DVD and the Windows 8 System Builder Kit for OEMs.

According to Communications manager Brandon LeBlanc, Windows 8 would be out sometime by October, most probably late October. Windows 8 would be RTM by the first week of August. Windows 8 will be available in 109 languages across 231 markets worldwide.

The sweet, new Android 4.1 - Jelly Bean

Google finally unveiled the first update in 4.0 range of androids, the Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean. Sweet as it sounds, Jelly Bean is one of the most futuristic updates I've ever seen in Android's history. A lot of features are bundled inside Jelly Bean which makes it super smooth as well as user-friendly.

Firstly, Jelly Bean has a revamped ICS interface, much better than that. And with a combination of improvements Google referred to as Project Butter, an under-the-hood attempt to make Android much smoother, has resulted in a UI that's so easy and smooth, just like butter. :) UI is so fresh and smooth and there are new and improved app, including a much better camera app. A lot of tweaks has resulted in slightly better framerates and smooth experience and even predictions (Yeah, Jelly Bean can actually predict where you're going to touch next. Cool isn't it?), Jelly Bean is super-fast and super-smooth.

So, I'm gonna tell you some of the main and the important changes and features that comes with Windows Phone 8.

Windows Phone Summit: No upgrades for current Windows Phones

Windows Phone 8: New Start screen, owes much to Windows 8. Phones, Windows Phone 8, Windows Phone 7, Microsoft 0
Have a look at the improvised Metro UI on Windows Phone 8.
A huge expectation finally ended in bitter disappointment, as foretold, today at Microsoft's Windows Phone Summit in San Fransico.

Just as everyone predicted, including me, Microsoft officially announced that there won't be any Windows Phone 8 upgrade for the current Windows Phone devices, even for the Lumia 900. The reasons are genuine, as Windows Phone 8 packs a lot of features that the current Mango devices can't handle.
